I’m more than familiar with the GTE class rules. You do realize that turbo cars by default of the intercoolers would have worse cd than if they were NA. You do also realize that the aero packages are dictated by the governing bodies, right? That is part of the BOP. It’s not just engine BOP.

If they were hitting extra boost, they’d have been penalized. Cold dense air makes NA cars happy for the same reason.

I think you meant no WG and load the generator as a means or turbo speed control because you may still need a BOV as compressor surge could still be a thing with compressor speed changes. Of course with a loaded generator, your exhaust back pressure is now going to climb in a very negative fashion for your manifold
