If you are going slow enough to be past by a bicyclist then your car has problems. Any bicyclist riding along the yellow line is a fucking moron, they should be on the edge. Unless its like PA roads the middle is the only place you can ride.

Any where that gets good amount of precipitation throughout the year. That doesn’t have any regular threats of natural disasters. Those are what I would look for for a good place to live. We have been able to survive in the harshest of areas on this planet before modern time so anywhere can work for humans.
