I’ve never lived in New York, so I wouldn’t know. Most of the people I know who hate Comcast live in small suburban/borderline-rural areas, with a couple in larger cities.

To be fair, I’m pretty sure Hannah Bronfman is 27 or 28. Which I only know because we lived in the same tiny dorm in college.

I bet, especially considering I’ve never, ever heard a positive anecdote about Comcast. It’s not that “sometimes companies are shitty” - it’s that this company is shitty faaar more often than not, and has absolutely no qualms about it. It does nothing to fix its reputation or make life easier for customers.

Considering I spent 4 months having my service suspended for no reason, and each time my call to them to find out why and have it reinstated ended with me in tears, and all that time they were also trying to make me pay $200 for equipment I had never rented, and then i got a long, condescending, sarcasm-dripped…
