I don’t disagree with that either. But the point of the article is just this one piece. Are people happy about cut content, changes to game play, changes in art directions, delays, downgraded graphics, no. TD2 I feel should be far more gritty, even more so than the first game.

And I totally get that. Looking at it from the game as art and art within art it fits the tone and setting of the game. It also comes down to where do we draw the line for censorship.
