I feel like I’m being blinded more and more frequently, from behind and in front.

Why was there not a amber rear turn signal law with this bill?

I’ve been asking for this movie for 30 years, please and thank you.

I feel like debating the specifics of the dealer adds is the game. Every single dollar I’ve gotten knocked off of dealer adds has still resulted in me getting those dealer adds anyways.

To me there are 3 types of cars: appliances, “flings”, and forever cars. You don’t worry about miles on appliances; their whole purpose is to soak them up with minimal drama. You don’t worry about miles on flings because the whole point is to have as much fun as you can before the tab comes due. And you don’t worry

Let me address the common complaints, one by one.

I live my life with the expectation that my coworkers, family, loved ones, friends, strangers, fellow drivers, my politicians, are selfish lazy assholes who couldn’t drive out of a paper bag. Is it judgmental? Yes. Is it hyperbole? Yes. But does it mean I have my ass covered when I need to? Does it mean I am able to

Do NOT, and I repeat do NOT, get a Jeep Patriot (or Compass, ComPatriot?) As a winter beater. It is a BAD IDEA.

And for accuracy:

Came here to say the same. I presume it’s actually much larger, but with no scale reference, the proprtions are spot on Focus hatch with shitty body kit.

I’m weirdly in the same boat. The irrational part of my brain says that this seems like a great price for a cool, old-school SUV. But the logical part of my brain won’t stop shrieking about how this is a pile of old, out-of-warranty, British “engineering.”

so why the constant harping on a protest with a bunch of LARPers in costume?

“A) what law(s) prevent you from recovering your property and B) how would the police know you went and recovered it from a thief”

Agreed on all accounts.

Once again:  ARTICLES LIKE THIS ARE WHY I VISIT THIS SITE.

An 11 year old Prius with 90,000 miles was the best choice for a daily commuter that expects to take on 30k miles a year?

Even if this particular MG happened to be an MGA, it still takes the indefinite article “an”.

Over the past summer, I’ve been noticing an older woman (maybe in her 70's) driving in my neighborhood. The first time was in a vintage Mini Cooper that looked like it was kitted out for a rally. Then a pristine 924 Turbo and finally on another occasion a nice 240Z.

Ok, I’ll write a little about it...(My experience at Quicken Loans, which is now Rocket Mortgage) I know I could have gone to a smaller shop and it would have been slightly different, but not by much:

Yeah, it’s like the APR on my credit cards. I have no idea what it is or if it’s good or bad because I never carry a balance. I care only about the cash back and other rewards.
