Another day, another reason I want to own a Tesla less and less. Screw their insurance policy bullshit. Same with any other insurance company that wants me to put a snitch module in my car “for better rates”.

Unless your shit’s fucked up, keep the flashers off.
Turn your lights on though. I can’t tell you how many times I see people driving in the fog or other inclement weather, no lights on. Partial blame goes to automatically backlit gauge clusters. My car has no backlight unless the lights are on.
Yep. That’s my biggest problem with the whole thing. I could see this in the $7-9K range but those decals knock it down to $5K TOPS. If I bought this thing, the first thing I would do is pick off the stickers in the guys driveway and flick the bits at him.
As an owner of a FWD Niro EV, I can say that is the biggest/only thing I don’t like about it. Too much torque for the front wheels. RWD would be better for sure. AWD is great too, just don’t need it where I live.
+1 FHLOSTON PARADISE
“and had their high beams on 24/7 for some reason.”
Some people? I’d say A LOT of people.
If you have watched The Fifth Element, you would know that cruising is as much a part of our future as personal hoverboards.
Even in the best of times a Cruise ship is still a floating petri dish.
Oh, these people didn’t know how to drive before any of this mess.
Honestly, everything was fine overall until about April. Traffic had increased, but wasn’t pre-pandemic levels. I wasn’t seeing a lot of poor driving, although it seemed like everyone was driving slower and had their high beams on 24/7 for some reason.
As someone who has worked and commuted during the entire pandemic, I can’t tell a difference. I see the same amount of people crossing lines, not signaling, hogging the left lane, speeding ,and tailgating as there’s always been.
Yellow cars are just like any other car other than Black, White, or Silver. They are fantastic and we need more of them in the world!
I don’t need another car
Criticizing the police is not the same as excusing anybody else’s behavior. One can accept that attempting to steal a car is bad while also saying the police did something wrong in their reaction to them.
However, fuck greg abbott
I drive until the car runs out. Then I pop the trunk, grab a plastic bag of gas, pour it into the tank/on my fender/on the ground, then drive to the nearest gas station. Easy.
Texas is easy. TXtag, and maybe EZTag too, works for the entire state if I remember correctly.
MBA’s have ruined everything.
As a Texan, I feel like I should expect a knock on my door for saying this, but: Buc-ee’s is cool and all, but damn it’s a beating to get through. Sooooo many people. And, they’re HUGE stores. You wouldn’t think that would be an issue. They’re a bit of a victim of their own popularity. I like them when I’m on a road…
