I took my kids to SCCA Street Survival. They held a course in Kyle at the new safety training facility and it was really successful. It’s a one day program and they do all of the skidpad and car control stuff with them in the car they arrive in.
A note on your Star Wars Clone Wars references, Dee Bradley Baker voiced all of the clones for the TV show. Temuera Morrison didn’t have any role in the animated series at all, he’s only ever been a live action Jango/Boba Fett.
Seasons 3 and 4 of Rebels has a lot of the background for the Mandalorian and are well worth watching. Disney+ has even set up some playlists for them.
