I worry they’re going a little bit “Brian Herbert and Kevin J Anderson present all the Dune stories you didn’t want or need to know” with this one, tbh.

Yep. Little Anni was pretty wizard

Because the eight-year-old version of an established character was so awesome the last time:

A galaxy with trillions of inhabitants, any number of which might be the subject of brilliant original storytelling, but no, lets focus on a handful of characters no one needs to know anything more about, and that audiences have already indicated they’re not really interested in. I actually liked Solo, but the movie

I honestly hope they don't. That was done perfectly by Filoni's team. It'll also be weird to see a live action Ezra.

I’m highly split on my feelings on this. On the one hand, this sounds great and I’m excited. On the other, I’m expecting Disney will probably end up retconning some of the OT somehow.

I know, right? And really there’s no reason to actually ever use that stupid name. It’s not like anybody is going, “For a second there I thought they were talking about Herb Palpatine, the deathsticks dealer. Good thing they clarified they meant Sheev, the Supreme Chancellor/Emperor/Sith lord.”

I mean, the character and actor got three films to breathe. A TV series works much better in serialized television format.

Now they just have to casually throw in a Qui-Gon force ghost cameo or two and watch everyone lose their minds.

will follow Kenobi after the events of Revenge of the Sith saw the Jedi purged by the fallen Anakin Skywalker and Sheev Palpatine.”

The first 5 minutes of Guardians of the Galaxy...?

Far too modest. I was hoping for the Imperial Hotel: a hotel built in the full-scale hull of an Imperial Star Destroyer. A hotel a MILE long. Probably the biggest building on Earth, for a while.

“These peoples lives sucked so much they paid money to pretend that they were staying in a better society.”

Man now I want an Alien Indiana Jones where it follows a universe-trotting alien archaeologist.

Clearly a temple dedicated to some sort of a cosmic cult. “They believed that this ship would ferry them into the afterlife where they would be reborn as ‘force ghosts’.

It’s.. actually not. Thanks to the convenient grid it’s about 6.5-7 Falcons in length, putting it around 240 meters or so. A little less than twice the length of the Tantive IV Corvette and 60 meters shorter than a Nebulon B. It’s on the small-medium size for even a modern earth cruise ship.

I hope they’ll pipe in

A few thousand years from now, alien archaeologists are going to be so confused by theme parks.

Welcome to Fhloston Paradise!

Why does everyone look sullen in the Titans set photos? Is it set in the "Sad Superman" universe?
