It was, independent of anything else, really unfortunate what happened with the character turnover.
It makes me think, more than antything, of Firefly/Serentity. Not in the sense of comparing Netflix to Fox, but the narrative (and I've not watched The Wire, I know I'm horrible).

That's true. I liked the show better when it was more of a high-school drama, personally.

I know that this is sort of how they look (just an underwhelming spin on it) but with the name 'Inhumans' they really should have made these characters look more inhuman. To the average prospective viewer, the title probably doesn't connect very effectively with what is visible onscreen.
