So, the Force Awakens gets more interesting knowing that everyone is just a rando, a loser, and/or a failure?

For me, the hacking scene did more for the Vita than Sony ever did. I love my Vita (just like I loved my PSP), but daggummit, I play it more for homebrew/emulators than anything else. I really was hoping for more (anyone remember Bioshock was supposed to come out on the Vita?), but Sony was determined to undermine it

My wife and I got into Hanafuda in Hawaii (it’s fairly popular there, and you can even buy hanafuda cards at the local drug store), starting with koi koi as well. We wanted to learn some new games, so we bought this book off Amazon back in 2008:

Good list here (Bioshock, New Vegas, and Mass Effect are some of my favorite games ever). My personal list would add:
-Elder’s Scrolls: Oblivion

I was torn on SO4. The battle system is the best in the series, and the references in the story to SO1 and 2 make getting through the story tolerable. Unlike SO5, you actually get to go to different planets! The voice acting and incessant “kays” do get pretty irritating. Clearly it has aged better visually than SO3. I

I don’t know about everyone else here, but to this day, I have never encountered a shiny. I’ve completely played through Red, Yellow, Silver, Ruby, Emerald, Platinum, Soul Silver, White, White 2, Y, and Moon, and have never randomly encountered found one.

I don’t know why stealing everything in Oblivion was so much fun (I did the same thing). Maybe it was because it was easier to make good gold that way, not to mention get some good equipment. Plus, the Thieves Guild in Oblivion was the best (terrible in Skyrim).

I remember one time I made the mistake of accidentally eating a poison apple in Oblivion, and I watched in horror as my health slowly drained into nothing. I kept chugging health potions in complete futility while desperately trying to make it back to a town (with the hope that could help). It had been a while since I

Now playing

I played XCX for about 20 hours, and just go tired of it. I really wanted to like it, but once I got my skell and found that the combat was worse, I gave up.

To be fair, we’ve seen multiple versions of I believe every console in recent memory. To name off the top of my head: the Wii had three versions (including a mini), the Wii U technically had two versions (that awful 8 GB version and 32 GB versions), the DS and 3DS have had more iterations than I can count, and the PS4

Well, not that shocked.

This is what their site says as of Sep 8th:

I currently live in Denver, and grew up in Utah, so when I was playing HZD for the first time, I was like, “wait a minute, this is all looking really familiar...” and then I wiped out a bunch of Eclipse in Sports Authority Field.

I sure hope this is a cooperative game (my wife and I love coop games, and having coop game nights). The description says that plays can work together or as individuals, so I’m not sure what to think.

So, what do you think the TTP (“Time to Penis”) is for Splatoon 2?

My top 10:

Man, playing World Class Track Meet was the greatest party game back when I was a kid. Nothing like the bragging rights of beating Cheetah.

My counterpoint:

Phantasy Star IV was the first game I ever bought with my own money. $60, and it was actually at the end of the Genesis life cycle too. Totally worth it though. I had rented the thing from Blockbuster three times and wasn’t able to finish it in the 2-day span that they give you.
