Yes!! I loved all three of these games, and would absolutely buy another. I’d even take a completely new story but with similar elements (djinn, psyenergy, etc.) like how Final Fantasy does it.

My 8 year-old will absolutely love this. He loves watching me play XCOM 2 lately, but it’s a bit too challenging for him.
I don’t know about MK8D, but the rubberbanding in MK8 was way tamer than it ever was in MK64. Good grief that AI assist in MK64 was ridiculous. There is definitely some AI assisting going on in MK8, but I felt like I could still blow out the computer in 8 sometimes. No matter how good you get at shortcuts (Rainbow…
Nothing wrong with going the friend-route with everyone! I’d say choose the romance option to get the trophy and reload ;) You’ll miss out on a small gift (item) and a little bit of extra dialog, but really, it’s not that much.
How about some advice for the other side of the aisle? I’m a moderate conservative (am a never-trumper and did not vote for Trump) that works at a very liberal university. You article is pretty biased here.
I have the opposite situation as you. I’m a moderate conservative, but work for a very liberal university. I’m no Trump supporter (didn’t vote for him), but I feel like a work among sailors sometimes with all of the obscenities that get thrown around constantly about conservatives. I have turned away and put my…
I get that it’s difficult and takes a lot of work to get paid to be a gamer, but isn’t it just the nature of the beast? I mean, I would love to open up my own pizza place, but it’s hard, expensive, and would most likely fail. I don’t have the guts to take the risk and put in the hard work. Should I demand that…
My next-door neighbor had a Master System when I was a kid (I was 5 and played with his 5 year-old younger brother), and it was the first video game console I had ever seen. The funny thing is, I didn’t realize until later that it was older than the Genesis I would later own - I just thought they were both a “Sega”
I’ve been a Jets fan my whole life, and my cousin has been a Lions fan all of his.
As a lifelong Jets fan, this makes me sad to remember this.
Is that a Paine I spot for P? Also, who is the yellow dude on J?
If you’ve got a Windows license lying around, you could go for a VM or bootcamp.
Great article and story here! This FFV fan translation was also my first fan translated game that I had ever played, and through it I discovered how much I love class/job based games, and of course, Gilgamesh ;) Many fun hours back in middle school playing this on my old, sad Mac.
For a minute there, I thought this was a list of Wii games.
Oh man, that version was terrible. I remember I had an old Mac that couldn’t run StarCraft, so I thought the N64 version would be my salvation. Rented the thing from Blockbuster, and was sorely disappointed.
Yeah, if you’ve never played it before, you might be put off by the dated graphics. The game is still amazing due to its balance though. I, for one, will be playing some old StarCraft online with my brother tonight though.
Loving the love for Phantasy Star IV!
