@Seshan: This is why it's not smart for a consumer product company to thinks that it can "punish" media outlets, which Apple has done for years. I see a lot of people citing the increased production schedules and volume as a "valid" reason for this to be occurring. The reality is that Apple is making money hand over fist right now when (apparently) some of that "extra" money was needed to guide the manufacturing process, test, etc. The root cause is greed……
