Nah.
Nah.
I'm 29, and this spoke to me.
Stunning.
#PROBLEMATIC TEAM - AAAASSSS-EMMMMM-BUUULLLLLL!!!!
This is an interesting thought, but I wonder if he’d be hesitant to let a third party in to take away from his tough-guy-law-and-order shtick?
Hasn’t it essentially been established by now that, for what his job actually entails, Goodell is mostly doing a *good* job? Taking grenades for owners? Spewing empty, PR-motivated tough talk that placates advertisers? Isn’t that just about the whole gig?
What?
I’d also like to note here that his wife is a) 14 years older than him and b) taught at the high school he attended.
Gotta think Lapierre would get a little chubbed up if he saw this.
I bend over backwards to be honest and direct with you fucking guys and you stick it right up my fucking ass — and the fucking team’s ass.
Why is it “since someone will ask”? How about “hey gang, this is just logically part of the story.”
If 3 and 2/3 innings is a no-hit attempt, let’s just go ahead and say that every single start is theoretically one.
That sounds brutal. What a pain in the ass.
I get this, 100%. Just seems like a recent phenomenon where clients need to hear stuff like this. The Rovell-ization of America, if you will. I realize I was probably a bit harsh in my initial comment, hope you didn’t take the verbal diarrhea of a stranger on the Internet to heart.
I never doubted for a second that this was the marketing team, I would never hoist this burden onto the shoulders of the designers.
Do the people who write this synergistic #branding copy justifying basic design decisions genuinely think that what they do has any value or meaning?
Where’s your contrarian, ironic take? Are you lost? THIS IS DEADSPIN.
Scrolled through all of the comments just to make sure that I didn't make this exact same goddamn point.
I never even saw this picture that you speak of and I want to fucking puke.
Your refusal to be offended offends me! I find that problematic!
