I kind of like the VLM as just part of the ambience. The citizens of The City go about their business and half-watch news broadcasts about it because this is just background noise to them.

They had to hire a whole lotta extra security.

Pgoodso’s Pointless Prediction P’corner-Considering how much of a beef Overkill seems to have with AEGIS, normal superhero protocol, and interestingly, Onward the Dog (at least while full of FO-HAM), as well as his hatred of the Terror and apparent experience with Lint, I think Overkill is the only surviving member of

Trivia: The dog is voiced by Townsend Coleman, the voice of the Tick in the animated series.

I’m pretty delighted, I finished it, and I guess the payoff for the VLM is in the next half of the season, but The Terror is uh, terrific, and I can’t wait to have him heavily featured in the next episode. I can’t remember the last time a villain was so funny and personable, yet clearly evil and murderous, and his

Tudyk is so great. Feels a bit like K-2 from Rogue One as well.

Her best selling album sold 10 million fewer copies than Hootie and The Blowfish, so I expect articles on The Blowfish any day now, Sam.

I quit watching after the zombie! I don’t like those dudes.

“I was too caught up in the cultural zeitgeist to realize that New York, is like a character in and of itself in this grand web we call life.”

Nerds?

“Peter Serafinowicz is truly brilliant in the title role.”

My favorite line reading of the series is still “Look out! She shoots glass eyes!”

So Overkill is the Flag Five guy who just got his hands crushed, right?

You married Derek?!

I don’t think Arthur builds the suit in any version, in the cartoon (WHICH I’VE JUST DISCOVERED IS ALL ON YOUTUBE), he had acquired it via auction before the show started, and I remember later on the Swiss Industrial Spies (or something) wanted it for secrets written inside.

I think The Tick’s gasps of astonishment when the stepdad opened his gifts is when I decided I was totally on board with Serafinowicz’s mix of obliviousness and confidence.

SIIIIIIIIIIIMS... has podcast? Me should really check that out.
