You're either dense or being willfully obtuse if you can't admit that a news crew (and all that comes with it: reporter, van, camera, boom mics, tech crew, and, yes, lights) on the side of a busy road - at night, in poor visibility, with ice on the street, in a snow storm, in a place where drivers are inexperienced…
