Wow! I didn't even realize that was him.
Wow! I didn't even realize that was him.
I'm mildly interested in what's going on, but as others have and will point out, the basic premise of a secret lunar mission is ridiculous. The launch would be noticed by lots of others, and since this is during the Cold War the Soviets would be shitting bricks if they detected an unscheduled rocket launch. Add to…
Even though guncotton turned out to be too unstable for firearms, the early guncotton based smokeless powders did prove their superiority over black powder. The change from black powder to smokeless powder was one of the great leaps forward in firearms technology.
It really doesn't get much better (and yet I still watch it, go figure). The episodes with Tesla are generally the best, mainly because the actor fully embraces the campiness of his character and runs with it.
I know it will never happen but now I want Brisco County, Jr. to show up in a flashback episode of Warehouse 13.
Warehouse 13 isn't Heroes. It doesn't take itself quite so seriously and he wouldn't have to try so hard to "not George Takei." Besides, I know it won't happen anyway.
Two Star Trek captains on the same episode of Warehouse 13! Now get George Takei to play a Regent or even better be a season long villain (you know you want to see that).
It wasn't clear you were making an analogy but I do agree with your point. The catastrophic failure rate of the shuttle program was relatively low.
I'd be really surprised if the shuttle exploded on launch from Edwards since Edwards wasn't a shuttle launch facility.
Sounds like it fits in with his "I don't like bullies" attitude from the Captain America movie.
I thought they were just running away from their crappy situation and starting over. They're not trying the save the particular future they came from.
I don't smoke but I've been an evil Philip Morris (now Altria) shareholder for many years. I have to say it's been one of the best performers in my portfolio counting all the spinoffs, dividends and share price increases.
Yeah. There was a lot more to the episode than Myka. We got to see an old fashioned "Claudia uses an artifact, hilarity ensues" bit and the B plot was relevant to the big season arc.
Must...resist...making...the Peter sized hole joke.
They've been using the bags for quite a while. It's much less conspicuous to pull out a bag in public than a jar of goo (and easier to carry, too). The bags neutralize artifacts too otherwise Pete would have died in the station.
That could be a funny subplot as long as they don't go too far into Fatal Attraction territory.
Yeah. I noticed that too. I'm wondering if the "other" Carter was a bit of a player when he and Allison were in their "will they or won't they" mode.
I think Fargo has proven why he should be going to Titan. This season he's shown he can solve problems under pressure and take charge in a crisis. If anything, going on the Titan mission will make Fargo a better head of GD when he returns, assuming he gets his old job back.
You had me at the sexy maid on the ladder.
Wow. That made me realize if you replace the "Eastern" characters with Klingons, the video clip still makes sense.
