Looks like an "intro" game to me. Like... not pressing start and all of the sudden some weird ass little game comes up. The guy likes his secret mini-games vaguely associated with the game from what we've seen already in the Katamari games he directed.

How could it be a rabbit? It's holding an ACORN! Everyone knows squirrels hold acorns, and there are absolutely no other defining characteristics of a squirrel. Why, I saw a ten foot tall grey squirrel at the zoo. It was holding an acorn in it's long nose.

You know what would be awesome? While players are arrested, they can learn new skills and trades, A guy shows up in prison for carjacking walks out with a little knowledge of bank security systems, thanks to a guy in for grand theft and murder 1.
