Yeah this is the one that gets me. If you get a shit tip on a big table that takes up a large portion of your section and shift it can ruin your whole night after you take into account tipping out your expo/bartender/busser.

Also, any reputable kitchen will go out of their way to fulfill a reasonable request, just be very clear about what you want when you ask, and be understanding if we say we can’t make it happen for whatever reason.
