Not sure if you are serious, but if you are, AWS is the bread and butter for them. You can “boycott” Amazon Prime stuff all you want, but you are using AWS everyday whether you want to or not.

4th: I have read this 3 times. I have no idea what is being said here. Anyone care to translate?

Very true (it was getting late when I wrote that, ha) The NBA saw the opportunity once Yao Ming started playing, among other reasons. They are going big on the women refs/announcers thing lately, but I suppose that has much to do with trying to cross-promote the WNBA.

Pretty sure Pitbull is at least a part-owner of a NASCAR team, so that would explain that part.

I can give you two answers:

Probably not. I was reading on Boat International that it is cheaper, more efficient, and safer than doing what you suggest. The boat would have to be re-dry docked to finish it up, and moving all that equipment (plus a gazillion supplies, among other things) makes way less sense than partially dismantling and

You’re not kidding, ha. I had a couple of “grey” doozies splattered in my replies.

Now playing

The fact that there is a brother/sister duo that owns half of BMW (among a bunch of other companies) is one of those facts that is never really talked about all that much. At least not as much as the Ford’s, anyway.

If more people minded their own business instead of getting in a huff about things that don’t involve them, then the world would be a much better place. It’s not all that hard of a concept to grasp. Not every topic needs to be a “draw a line in the stand” controversy. Life is way more nuanced.

Not sure the “rest of the World” is really all that inconvenienced. It’s a rich dude doing rich dude things. Happens all the time all over the rest of the World.

As far as location, who knows? The point is that you can’t just chop shit off and Ikea the build. We are talking structural integrity. Not a bookshelf.

Not on these bastards, lol.

This is true. However, there is a huuuuge difference between a cruise ship and what is ostensibly a much more capable sailing yacht. It’s all in how it’s built. Cruise ships are bolted/welded together. You can’t exactly due the same to a much lower profile hull in what we are talking about. The forces of drag and

That’s not how these boats are constructed, dude. That’d be like chopping off the top half of the chassis of a Bugatti and “plopping”  it back on later.

Some of you guys really don’t know sailing yachts all that well. I had the chance to go on Perseus 3. It was (at the time anyway) the tallest carbon-fiber mast in the world. At that thing is a baby at 60m compared to whatever Bezos is building. You can’t just plop on a mast at a later time. It’s not a 14' Laser, lol.

Sheesh! Stop being so dramatic. The bridge will probably be better off for it, since they will have basically an unlimited budget this time around to upgrade whatever wasn’t done before. No harm is happening, other than a few people like you getting all twisted up over it for no real reason.

I’d like to add to the general consensus in the comments that this boat/yacht/aircraft carrier absolutely whoops ass. Nice Price!

5th: This is at least the second time you have brought up the whole “American stereotype” of Germans always following the rules. I don’t think anyone anywhere, in the whole world thinks that. Whenever I mention that I’m part German, I always hear exactly the opposite. ha. I’d love to hear D Tracy’s opinion on it...

I think you are echoing exactly what I said. But, the other benefit to calling it in is to know directly from the workers what is available/how busy they are. Sometimes they are just out of stuff and the website wont reflect it.

I’d much rather have a driver that is beholden to a particular franchise, than some scummy app driver that could quit mid-delivery.
