Thank you for being probably the first person in quite awhile around here to write an opinion on US policy/politics without stomping their feet like a child or flinging boogers at “the other side” of some imaginary divide...deciding the value of a person based on their perception of them.

I’ve got a pretty decent amount of Dutch in my blood, both from Holland and from Belgium, and I still don’t get it. We are a very stubborn, picky, and opinionated people.
