Well, in 2019 he was the 3rd highest N.A. grossing tour at almost $100 million. Only The Stones and Elton John did better.

Neutral: I was bummed to read this morning that Bob Seger’s house caught on fire this weekend. Yeah, he’s fine and uber-rich and all that, but that’s still the dude’s dream house. I went their once on Halloween when I was in high school. It was way too late (like 10pm) for trick-or-treaters, I was stoned out of my

Ok, I’ll write a little about it...(My experience at Quicken Loans, which is now Rocket Mortgage) I know I could have gone to a smaller shop and it would have been slightly different, but not by much:

Thank you for adding some clarity to DaSilva’s article. I wrote mortgages back before the crash and was doing insane loans. (I feel like I’ve typed this 30 times over the years)

I definitely have. I use Uber or Lyft roughly once a week to go watch football at the pub or just to meet up with friends to see a band or whatever. I think maybe it was only once or twice that I suspected they were drunk and I reported the ride as unsafe. Has to have been over a dozen-ish at this point where I was

It was a dumb joke. Just felt like typing something alliterative. Thanks for some actual interesting info, though.

They’d have to have a really weird fetish for wanting things to go terribly wrong for them if they tried that with me. Also, most of the drivers around here are retirees with the sex drive of a sloth and strength of a moth.

They’ve actually been doing that program for awhile. I forget the exact details but it is something to the effect that you get the car+full insurance so you can work, and are allotted a certain amount of miles for personal use. I didn’t think that it was $300/week expensive, but once you are at the point of even being

4th: I cross my fingers everytime I get in an Uber that we aren’t going to crash because the driver is drunk, stoned, or otherwise just a completely horrific driver. Or, that the car doesn’t fall apart.

That’s a sucker’s bet, lol. Either way, anyone that feign threatens to put a stranger “on blast” is not someone I’d care to know enough to find out whether you are correct or not.

Don’t be that guy. It’s bad karma to get all Gladys Kravitz on things that don’t really involve you.

You must REALLY actively avoid NFL and NBA broadcasts then. They are the pandering kings of all media.

What up doe?

“My takeaway from that was that white people in America are desperate to find any tenuous connection they have to the Mayflower.”

Am I wrong? Me thinks you’d take an easy check as well to show up somewhere random in sponsored clothes on a private jet.

She’s just a marketing puppet used to expand the “Demo Reach” of F1. The goal is to expand it into mainstream US pop culture.

I understand what you are saying, but it’s not just a theater/mall (which is kinda the same thing) use case. Let’s use retirees as an example...

I threw out the random idea regarding movie theaters, as you suggest about malls, on here awhile back. I got shit on for the idea. Oh well.

If I was still in Grand Central every day, I’d absolutely loathe this idea. With the addition of One Vanderbilt to the area, shutting down 5th would turn 42nd into the most shit-holiest of shit cross-town streets (even more than it already is).
