Yeah. Avon is the area between Vail/Beavercreek and Aspen. The cops literally have nothing better to do, particularly in the off-season.

They shouldn’t have been speeding especially because there’s a lot of construction in that area, but its a well known speedtrap. You’ll get pulled for 6 over just as fast as 60.
