You can also tell how old a star is based on its composition. If a star contains elements heaver than helium and hydrogen, you know it's going to be older than the first stars in the universe.

Nope. Those stars died billions of years ago.

This should answer your question. Hopefully it's not too technical.

I thought about this when Cumberbatch was first cast because he has such a distinctive resemblance to the actor that played Joachim in TWOK. I would love if this were actually the case.

Yup, it's just a standard Starfleet grey undershirt.

It's not a com badge. Anyway, that's the grey undershirt they wear underneath the colored department-specific overshirt. They grey undershirt just has a iron-on style insignia. That's what it's supposed to look like. Looked like that in the first one, too. Kirk was running around in it for much of the first movie.

I've never seen her act. Is she any good?

I don't think he's depowered. He's probably being responsible and letting himself be arrested. I don't think Superman would resist arrest if the situation came to it.

Yeah, I'm referring mostly to his more liberal attitude. He's been more interested in just going after the people on his list than actively going out to help "the little guy". But, it does seem like Dig has been pushing him in this direction, which is good. I just hope that's an angle they continue to build on.

Sarcasm is placed on the person listening to it. Or does it? I have no idea. ;)

Can you prove they DIDN'T find a Unicorn lair? Yeah, didn't think so.

It's a pain in the ass for me to drag my desktop into the loving room to hook it up to my TV. As mush as I like to game on my computer, sometimes I like to sit on the couch and play games. That's what the Ouya has over a PC. It's a TV gaming console that'll be easy for devs to create for.

I think it's just an nice entry point for beginner devs to create console-level games, with a great steam-like system to get it out to customers. I know if I had any programming skills at all, I'd be looking into trying to create a game for the Ouya.

I think the Green Lantern Corps are closer to being the DCU's Jedi Knights, but I get your meaning. Though Diana won't hesitate to kill if she needs to.

Yeah, not baby-killing ruthless, I agree. But they'd still have to be pretty ruthless to produce a caliber of warrior like the Amazons.

She DOES do the voice for WonderWoman in the DCU Online game.

Actually, I agree with you on all your points. I did not mean to infer that ALL of Themyscira would be brutal - just as not ALL of Sparta was brutal. Themyscira IS a hodgepodge of antiquity, like you mentioned. I'm talking about Diana in particular, and her experience of her culture. As an elite of the elite

If Themyscira was an island of just philosophy and learning, I'd agree, the description of it as brutal would be a bit off. But they train bloodthirsty Amazonian warriors very similar to the warriors of Sparta. How is that NOT brutal?

I've been enjoying Arrow immensely since it started. Is it the same Ollie I've come to know, from the comics? No... but I see hints of him here and there. Hopefully he'll develop into something more resembling the GA from the comics. At least there's no stupid "no flights, no tights" rule like they had on
