Came here to say this as well. It looks exactly the same to me, just with different lighting. The only possible difference I can see is maybe more of a receding hairline, but I’m iffy on even that because of the angle of the original photo.

I’ve also had that happen several times while playing.  It is somewhat jarring, but at least it’s only for a second.

In the game your progression is measured by rank. Play enough games and you eventually get promoted to Captain. It’s not unusual to play games where everyone is a Captain as it’s not particularly hard to get that level.
