It’s easy to be confused. “Full Self Driving Capability” could easily be misunderstood to mean full self driving capability.

Can anyone confirm or deny that cars are now starting up and moving on their own in parking lots to avoid collisions or falling trees while the driver is not in them? I hear this will be standard on all 2020 VW Beetles.

Not all collisions can be avoided.  Some cars get hit by objects while parked.  Furthermore, sensors and other advanced gadgets will wear out, requiring replacement.  Last, sometimes the advanced gadgets don’t work as advertised and misfire, costing us thousands to repair something that shouldn’t have needed a repair;

Such a colossal waste of money. And a base on the moon? For what? Tourists? Give me a break. Let’s work on fixing problems here on earth before we start creating them on another planet.
