I imagine the use case being something like extending the potential range for a second home. Having a house in New Jersey or something and a ski house in northern Vermont or Quebec becomes a lot more feasible if you can eliminate the hangar/parking fees, and drive from the little rural strip up to your cabin.

I find if people have been inactive a warmup that gets the muscles in sync can make a huge difference in how people feel when they start running.
