No, they don’t. A large company folds, people are out of a job, and go find another job. If a large company folds, the owners loose it all, and have to deal with creditors, etc. Everything they have built. So we can tax them a lot more, sounds fair.

I don’t see it that way. I get nothing free from the Government. I pay for my own food, housing, insurance, bills, cars, all of it.
