Mine grew on vinegar-based North Carolina BBQ, dill pickle slices, salads drowning in apple cider vinegar, and Jelly Bellies inside, and formula outside and was/is the picture of health. He’s made to almost 18, and hasn’t fallen apart yet.

I was in Kenya in March, 2013, on safari for 10 days. As a course of nature, and much to my sadness, a baby elephant was killed by two female lions, and feasted upon by the lionesses and nine cubs. I have photos and video of the aftermath, but what impressed me was this: by the next morning, the baby elephant had been…
It’s The Neighborhood, Afraid. Also, I love that She Fucking Hates Me song. Puddle of Mud, maybe? Lalala lah.
And YES on Possum Kingdom.
I’m a bit of a mama hen about these things, sorry :-)
Jesus. I asked drgerbil, and he said you need to be seen asap. Another two and a half months is way too long. Be firm with your primary, and get it taken care of! Clearly, I dont know you or your diagnosis, but he said that if he had a patient with that going on, they’d be in and on his table in 24 hours.
That odd, because she’s perfectly able to do a biopsy herself. It’s ridiculous for you to have to wait that long to have a suspicious mole to be seen.
I’m going to dress up as a 53 year-old woman hiding away in the living room from her visiting in-laws, passing out candy to little kids, while drinking glass after glass of wine and scarfing down miniature Milky Way bars. Again.
If you have a family practice doc, he or she should be able to take care of that mole easily. My husband is an FP, and takes care of moles and biopsies all the time.
My little sister is 14 years younger than me, and she used to love to braid and play with my hair; loved it! When my son was little, he liked to sit in front of my vanity and paint my face with makeup and brush and put all kinds of clips and barrettes in my hair; I truly loved those times :-)
Wow, thanks for the link! I don’t have rosacea, but do have brown marks from pregnancy (18 years ago, so they have faded some). I have a tea tree cleanser that I like, actually; I just need to use it more often.
Same. Having my hair brushed or petted or touched in any way is a huge turn on. Like, if someone wants to seduce me, just pet my hair, or offer to brush it.
Same! I have to admit something bad, though: I kinda enjoy squeezing the blackheads on my nose out. It’s disgusting, I know. :-/ I don’t get zits, just clogged pores, and they’re so gross. If I wasn’t lazy, I would use the masks and pore strips I actually have (yes, I have them, I just don’t use them, because lazy)…
Two products doesn’t sound like a bad deal to me, because I am admittedly lazy about skin care. I can’t tell you the number of creams, etc., I’ve bought and never used. I have a highly recommended derm I’ll be calling tomorrow! Time to grow up and admit that I’m not getting any younger, I guess :-)
Yes, my family practice doc wants me to see a derm, too, for the sun damage and age reasons. I honestly don’t know what is holding me back. Sigh...I’ll be making the call tomorrow, I suppose, because as much as I would like it, I also know there is no magic pill, and the lack of effort on my part is detrimental. Aging…
So, I’m 53, I have a super oily t-zone, and regular non-dry skin, otherwise. But being my age, and having grown up on the beach during an era when sunscreen wasn’t a thing/non-existent, and being someone who was part of the “who can get the darkest tan” times, I have damage. Wrinkles. A few hyperpigmentation spots…
These rings really are awesome. The clear acrylic could be really great; I just wonder how comfortable they would be, though. But the gold or silver ones shouldn’t be so damned expensive! We need them!
