Back in the ‘70s and ‘80s, Taco John’s ground up their taco meat super-fine. It was almost a paste. It was greasy and amazing. They also prepared the refries from scratch in the kitchen. I miss that.

One thing that really impressed me about this show was Oscar Isaac’s acting. Not only his accent, but his whole physicality changed based on whether he was Mark or Steven. The scenes with both characters were so amazing - you’d see Isaac playing against himself, and it’s totally two different people.
Can’t really imagine how they’re gonna wrap everything up on Moon Knight in just one episode. There’s so much hanging out there. But man, I wish they’d do a second season. So much more to explore with that character.
I really love all the varieties listed here that I’ve tried (~20), but my favorite dog is from Fort Wayne’s Famous Coney Island in Indiana. Grilled dog, steamed bun, chili & onions with mustard are standard, though you can add cheese. It uses a Cincy-style chili sauce, which I’m certain must have originated with Greek…
He sold the company in 2019. He’s no longer CEO.
Thanks all for explaining WTF is going on with G/O. I’ve got all their sites bookmarked, and usually visit once a day. Gizmodo hasn’t updated since last Monday (except for the ads). Same with Jalopnik. I need my Morning Spoilers!
Wasn’t Denny’s the focus of some racial incidents a few years ago?
This is actually not true. Opossums do not select for ticks, which came as a huge blow to me. They are still cute and soft, but not tick vaccuums.
David Tennant as the Purple Man was perfect. That was such an awesome storyline. The scene where he has all her friends standing on a bar with nooses around their necks is just horrific. I like the JJ character, but I almost feel like that storyline was a perfect one-off.
I wasn’t interested in the show at first, because that character was such an unlikeable jerk in Suicide Squad. But thought I’d give it a try. I’m hooked. This is great television.
The original short continues to be one of my favorite little distractions. Looking forward to this!
I’ve been waiting for a movie that depicts Batman as “The World’s Greatest Detective”, not as “Iron Man in Black”. Hell, even the ‘60s show focused more on Batman’s intellect and puzzle-solving skills. Hoping that’s what we’ll be seeing in The Batman.
In the books, they’re just goblins. It was the movies that turned them into Jewish stereotypes.
Looks like prosthetics.
That’s the “for public consumption” version. There’s plenty of black stuff being spewed - it’ll be colorized for the movie itself.
I’m calling it now - Clint doesn’t make it out of the series alive. Possibly dying in front of his family while saying “I told you I’d be home for Christmas”.
Whoa - I’m not a grey anymore?
The movie was helped immensely by how charming and charismatic he is. My wife kept saying “I can’t believe that’s the guy from Kim’s Convenience!”
I kinda wished they’d done something else for his Trump debut. The makeup really wasn’t that convincing, and at least Alec Baldwin had the physicality of Trump. Have him do a call-in or something. But good god, his vocal impression is on-spot.
People like to dump on SNL, but this was the first show where I sat through the whole thing more out of duty than entertainment. It was not funny. I laughed a couple times at Weekend update, but it seemed like the writers were protesting having KK on. Owen’s ep was pretty solid, though not laugh-out-loud hilarious. I…
