The horsepower wars are over, and while I get it’s unfortunate to be losing some awesome cars like the CTS-V (for now) it’s hard to deny that power levels were getting ridiculous and either they needed a huge change like this or to keep going up in power. I’m excited for more right-powered good performing sedans out

I mean, ok, let’s see what they do, naming aside, they better come out with the top line soon.

In the last decade? Once. I remember standing on the floor of the Detroit Auto Show in 2009. They had the new 2nd generation CTS-V sedan parked next to the new CTS sport wagon. I was looking back and forth between the two, trying to figure out how hard and how expensive it would be to combine them. A while later, GM

i hate to say it... but... that actually looks, really, really good. Surprisingly so! Most of all the CTS-5, even with it’s fake plastic window extensions, ESPECIALLY when compared to the previous-gen’s lineup. It’s not the end all be all of design, but, compared to the past, it’s still a huge step up. It’s got potenti

Only one letter need be added and that is Eight.

This may be the most overwrought and melodramatic thing I’ve ever read on this site.

Thanks. That jingle will be stuck in my head for a while.

This must be how you save big money, real big money, when you shop Menards.

As an adult, same.

I admit I was hoping for a Rossi comeback after that dreadful pitstop, but with the safety car, it was more interesting if Pagenaud won. The last dozen laps were absolutely incredible to watch unfold.

Well, while the commentary here seems to dismiss these cars out of hand, I’m excited to hear how they drive and test one myself. I think they look great inside and out.

The dipshit executives over at Cadillac who approved axing V-Sport in favor of making weakling V cars and then introducing a new, higher-end badge for real Vs needs to be fired yesterday along with the useless flotsam who came up with and floated the idea across his desk.

Mercedes and BMW are doing literally the exact same thing with AMG and M. This is a smart move by Cadillac to get people interested in the models below the V.

So while the Germans churn out 500+ hp SUV’s Cadillac responds by...... Diluting the V branding.

Yup - I keep a case on hand from the local Grocery Outlet to sub for something to drink to decrease the beer intake.

Ah. Well that Toyota engineer deserves TWO days off!

Prius already does that... once again, leading the way where Ferrari follows.

-Canada can go fuck itself

The new 911 Turbo will get you from 0 to 60 in 2.6 seconds for half or a third of the price.  It is also less likely to catch fire.

This is good Kinja.
