100% should he buy it out, even if he plans to turn directly around and sell it.
I bought out my lease for 16,500 and then turned around and traded it into a dealer for the car I ordered, they gave me 25,000 for it....
They best part, he was pressured to lose, and then they fired him for not WINNING ENOUGH GAMES!!!
He was really fired because he refused to tank the team and the owner wanted a high draft pick.
Sales will 100% not drop off, they will sell every single one they can make. All VW dealers I’ve talked to have waiting lists for GTI/R’s a mile long.
I have a R on the way and when the GTI came to my local dealer, I went and played with the controls and came to the exact opposite conclusion. With the shortcuts you can add and the fact that almost everything aside from climate controls can be done from the steering wheel, it didn’t bother me at all. And I currently…
I don’t know what the hell is going on back there, but it’s not good.
No it’s not the photos, the car is just fucking ugly and doesn’t look good in any lighting conditions. I’d go back and buy my 2018 WRX before ever being caught dead in one of these.
But wait, a new contender has entered the arena!! Just got word from the local VW dealer here in Indiana that they want an extra 10k... TEN THOUSAND, for the MKVIII GTI they just got.....
As others have pointed out, it’s an optical illusion. That cable is attached to the BOTTOM of the upper deck, not the top. They went over it and cleared it by quite a bit.
My wife surprised me on our honeymoon by renting a ‘convertible’ from the rental place when we got back because we had almost an entire day to drive around Florida before we needed to be at the airport.
Stratus, Cirrus, Dodge, Chrysler, same.
They were absolutely horrible cars with terrible service records.
It was all light hearted until I got to 14.... Anyone who mentions the Cirrus as anything other than a steaming pile of shit can hop in a cannon and get shot strait into the sun.
Absolutely not Torch. No.
That was my only take away. And as a former WRX owner, it’s just terrible.
That’s what makes it really exciting to drive though...
The board is in an even worse position. Their are 100% beholden to the shareholders. The CEO is responsible for the company, and in turn reports to the board.
For the board to be getting involved, their one and only concern is the plummeting stock price since the last 3 months have seen their shares lose a quarter of…
So yeah, two things, there’s another video there when he looks like he wanted the Audi driver to go at a yellow or something, goes around her in the turn lane and side swipes her, but then she floors it through the intersection and purposely hits him... soooo.
When I was in Yellowstone 2 months ago I only saw two vehicle models in five days...
50% Toyota 4-Runner TRD’s / 50% Ford Raptors.
That’s is. The entire state’s vehicle distribution.
Understood, i’m just saying that regardless if it has the same block as the Ascent, it will not be tuned to run on 87...
(But hell, it has 3 WHOLE HORSEPOWER more than an engine with 16% more displacement, so maybe they did tune it for 87 because like a bunch of morons....at this point I give up on them)
I bought a 2016 WRX right after my son was born because it fit car seats in the back so damn well. The back actually has a lot of room.
The current WRX recommends 91, not 87.
