The aftermath :0

I love this post, more like it please!

Lol, you are right.

How about, “stepped on a frog?” I think that's for a wetter fart.

Silver Lake is so over. It's about to be all about Eagle Rock.

I’m not familiar with that case, I’ll have to look it up.

As compelling as “Making a Murderer” was, I’m right there with you. They left out some important evidence. I think it’s still a great example of major errors in our criminal justice system & spending 18 years in prison would mess anyone up. His IQ is something like 70 so it’s not a stretch to say it’s very likely he

That's a possibility for sure.

It sounds like the court case was a shitshow. Listened to Undisclosed as well. Still think there's a good chance he did it. Interested to see how the new trial goes.

Don't know Leopold & Loeb situation- I'll have to look it up.

I listened to all of Undisclosed, too. It actually swayed me back to thinking he most likely did it. The thing that kept bothering me is that they are so invested in him being innocent but the undisputed details still make him the prime suspect. They aren’t making a case that could necessarily stand up in court-maybe

Yup. It’s easier to get caught up in errors of small details that the prosecution shouldn’t have argued or the defense did their job and brought up. I understand that the defense needs to emphasize and argue things that don’t match up. Some of it may be a red herring, intentional or not. It’s more exciting to catch a

Sounds interesting! If it’s at my local library I will definitely check it out.

If I were on a jury then I’d agree with you! This is my Internet commentary opinion so I don’t think the US legal system is in peril of collapse from it :)

Good catch totally an Occam’s razor situation in my mind, too.

I agree. They poked holes in some not so good work by the police & prosecution. His defense lawyer also made huge mistakes.

I said that they bungled the case, but I’m speaking in a general sense of my personal impression of whether or not he committed the murder. They absolutely need to prove the guilt to legal satisfaction, which it sounds like they may not have done. I do get the impression that it makes for a more compelling narrative

Interesting. I don’t know that I could go all the way to 90% but I definitely think it makes the most sense, setting aside emotional influences of the show.

I kind of think he may have done it.

I agree, of somehow only one of them could get it: Tom Hardy for the win.
