See, you're just not working the system right. I work at a GS, and I agree, most of the trade in prices are pretty low, but honestly, we are a business, and businesses try to make money. Period. I always kinda giggle when people think "trading in" games involves giving us a old game and us giving them a new one. Or

Whoa whoa whoa buddy. You're telling me you don't like pokemon snap? I love all the main series pokemon games, but to this day i still consider Pokemon snap to be the best pokemon game ever made (those damn bastards still have yet to give me a sequel, although, thinking about it now, the Wii U would be a perfect fit

Thats my second proudest achievement, right behind the "aperture science" achievement in the original portal (get gold medals on all the challenge maps). I Kinda lucked out of FFXIII, because i had just gone to the doctors for my fucked up shoulder, and she gave me steroids for it. So for like a weak straight i was

I really enjoyed Madness returns. I'm almost done with my first playthrough, and my little brothers almost done with his second. And yeah, the DLC dresses are pretty awesome for being so cheap. You know what else is awesome for being so cheap? Madness returns lol I only ended up paying $1.67 out of pocket for it! lol

It's not a terrible game at all, but thats not to say it's a great game either. Two worlds 2 is to games what "army of darkness" is to movies. It's essentially a B movie is game form. So if you are a person who enjoys cheesy things that are cheesy on purpose, i definately suggest it.

I recommend picking it up (it's pretty much the best co-op multiplayer game ever, plus the GOTY is pretty cheap nowdays) but playing it differently. Find yourself a good friend that you enjoy playing games with, and start a game from scratch. Play split-screen if possible, but online will suffice if you can't get your

See, thats my problem too. It's not that I don't enjoy multiplayer, its that I don't enjoy ONLINE multiplayer. Developers tend to shaft people like us alot by leaving out split screen play. My best friend in the world, and the only person I enjoy cooperatively gaming with is my little brother. We live together so

I'm really surprised that in this day and age so many people end up buying games that they don't like. There is no reason for that to happen. They can read review first, they can try out demos...yet from my experience working at gamestop, most people tend to use the same strategy for picking out games that i used when

The best version of persona 3 is the psp version. Persona 4 is only on the ps2. As awesome as persona 3 is, persona 4 is pretty much the definition of awesome rpg. I takes everything that was good about persona 3 (The social link system, deep character customization (through the ability to synthesize and equip tons of

You should good sir. If all JRPGs were as high quality as persona 3 and 4 maybe the genre wouldn't be dying.

If you're looking for recommendations, let me go ahead and recommend my 2 favorite comics ever : Y: the last man, and "bone". Bone especially. Bone is an all ages comic, but it's uch a charming, well written, well drawn labor of love that it's impossible not to like it. Not to mention you can pick up the whole 1000+

At it's core, Mirrors edge WAS a great game. It has unique, fun, and addictive gameplay. The problem was, everything else about it was as mediocre as possible. The story and the combat were just...bleh. Which is why I didn't truly have fun with the game until after I beat it and unlocked the time trials and whatnot.

Even though The new Alice game got relatively lukewarm reviews, I absolutely loved it, and i was having trouble figuring out exactly why. Then I realized that it was because the gameplay was so dated. By not trying to do something crazy and new with it's gameplay, it actually made the gameplay feel fresh and exciting

"Now mothers know not to buy their child MK." But they still will. I make it a point to read off all the content descriptors on the back of the box of an M rated game before I let a parent say yes to buying their child said game. And it's always the same, they either go "yeah yeah yeah" or you get the occasional

I was pleasantly surprised with split/second, it helped tide me over for a new burnout game (which came sooner than expected with "NFS Hot pursuit")

I hated the MP too, but i was very happy with the single player. I'd recommend at least giving it a shot.

I'd disagree with you on most of those, with the exception of limbo. Limbo really only had it's art style going for it, the game itself was honestly kind of dull. The rest I completely disagree with you though. Braid was kind of pretentious, but the puzzles were extremely well designed, challenging, and most of all

Um, no? They've all been rated "M". Granted, they're a lite "M" and in my opinion probably should have been rated "T". But still, they're all "M" rated.

Yeah, I really have no reason to pick up Goldneye on the xbla, since i already have Perfect Dark. Perfect Dark was essentially just a better version of goldeneye anyway.

I'm not sure what to think of "from dust", but Shadow planet looks absolutely spectacular. I'll probably piuck up toy soldiers too, since the original was great. So, two awesome looking games and one i'm not sure about, not a bad summer of arcade imo. Although, i think it woulda been in microsofts best interest to A)
