Exactly this! My 11 year old daughter is becoming a really cool person. Watching the lightbulbs go on when I'm helping her with homework or making her think through something always makes me happy. She can be an utter drain at times, but that happens at every stage in different ways.

I appreciate this aggregation of the shit-fest that is the fast food world! I know these gigantic companies can't be staying afloat without some truly awful business practices, but it's hard to ferret it out. Money drives all of this shit and I still believe in "dollar votes," even in fast food.
