Or creepy enough that you know you should still sleep with him.

I did, she didn't. Kind of killed the mood later on that night..

The show does do a great job with side characters, but it never really feels like the ensemble that needs to be fully exploited. But you know that Raylan and Boyd are always going to be the focus of the show, which means Raylan's gallivanting with women and Boyd's expansion of his criminal enterprise (and Dairy Queen)

You're right. But even Deadwood followed it's far more interesting characters when Olyphant's character wasn't of importance to the main plot.

I just wish the Bennetts (specifically Margo Martindale) hadn't been killed, and the center of the show was just Raylan and co in Harlan. Not Raylan in Miami, Raylan in the Bayou, Raylan in a thousand women's coochies. For a man that is tied to one place like a curse, he sure does get around.

Oh, Meryl Streep is in it? It's bound to get an Oscar now.

The Master definitely had me mixed while watching it, but I slowly began to grasp it. I think I was over-complicating it while watching it, but once Dodd begins to sing to Freddie once he knows they will never see each other, I realized it's a pretty simple story with just some really complicated subject matter. It

Oh yeah! I completely forgot about that. What a fuck of a way to open a movie. I really can't back up why I doubt Michod anymore.

Coherence, or as I like to call it, Eight obnoxious white people get their ketamine stash mixed in with their quantum physics.

See it for Gyllenhaal, though, and count how many times that man blinks. I swear it's somewhere under thirty or so.

I'm a Gyllenhaal fan, but I was so underwhelmed by Nightcrawler . It's a good performance piece, but it could have done with a better everything else.

Animal Kingdom is really good, and I've been meaning to watch it again after loving The Rover so much. What might have helped my appreciation of it is my great love for the Mad Max films (which was an obvious inspiration), while I remember one reviewer comparing Animal Kingdom to Goodfellas, where I didn't

Any movie is better to watch with audiences, and on a big screen. Except for Splice.. worst date movie ever.

The Rover - B+

Even though I've enjoyed this series a lot over the years, Telltale has always upset me with how they only give players the illusion of their choices tailoring the story in any dramatically different way. They are good at eliciting emotions and having you care for the characters, but still, the frustration can get in

Actually, it's a pretty colorful movie. Kudos to the excellent cinematography by Natasha Braier. It's just everything in the movie is meant to be so exhausted that it carries over on every color.

I enjoy this cite, but damn do they hate on Aussie cinema.

One of the most underrated movies that I have seen all year. To think I almost skipped seeing this due to the moderate reviews it received. It's just bare bones storytelling presented in beautifully filmed 35mm, with two quietly, unrestrained performances by Pearce and Pattinson. It may be uncompromising to a fault,

Hardy does get some memorable quotes; such as when Miller asks him whether he is religious or not. "Yep. I pray everyday that you'll stop asking me such questions." Fun to see Tennant in a role outside of the Doctor, and he really makes it work, even if how they wrote him relied on a lot of the genre tropes.
Olivia

I've played about a dozen games between it and now, but I can still recall Child Of Light's soundtrack with much ease.
