It took this series 47 Episodes (I think that’s when this arc started) to get good... I mean, I don’t know how I should feel about that. Even the animation isn’t god-awful anymore. The last few episodes had some really good animation. It’s funny and genuinely interesting now, with some interesting story beats.

It being animation doesn’t excuse crappy sound work... In the latest episode, they used explosion sfx for the wing sounds. And they weren’t even synced to the wing flaps! The lines are just a shader.

Probably, but not by much. The Issue here is the CPU, not the GPU. The PS4 CPU was only slightly overclocked for the Pro.

Same issue with games like Just Cause 3; You’ll likely not get a major improvement in framerate.

Not every game needs to appeal to everyone, though. Its part of the games’ identity.
