Twilight Princess may have had the best dungeons of any Zelda, but its overworld just felt dead and depressing. It didn't feel like a world worth saving.

Yep.

A remake like Wind Waker requires a far smaller investment than creating a new game from scratch. It could see mediocre sales and still be a financial success.

How does sailing faster make the game easier? There's no skill involved in taking forever to sail somewhere.

Actually, they DID change that. It's in the settings.

None of you actually, or really care about this project for the sake of it. None of you care about Mighty No. 9, none of you truly respect Mega Man, and none of you are backing this project out of any actual reasonable expectation that you even care how the final game turns out.

Were there people turned off by having to play as Catwoman in City?

Wish they would just bring this game to the 3ds so they can actually make money on it. And so I can play it. I would like to play this.

Those shooting mechanics were about as bare bones and generic as you get.

That's just my point. The driving is so sticky, and every car turns so easily that driving is way too easy right out of the gate. And the lock-on targetting system is a crutch that makes skill completely unnecessary when it comes to shooting. I don't know why I would need to upgrade my skills.

Well, of course it's easy to hit targets in GTA. The lock-on feature removes the need for any skill at all.

I can't wrap my head around this. I understand it's subjective, but what about this aiming system is better than Max Payne?

I've played the Getaway, and I remember if fondly, if not very well. If you liked The Getaway and GTA games, you're really cheating yourself if you don't play Sleeping Dogs.

Right, unless you want to drive and shoot and fight. Then you're left with outdated mechanics from 12 years ago. If you want a golf simulation...well, it's not really very good at that either. Or Tennis.

It's a spoof of all the 80s camp comedy movies. There's not much more to explain.

Best scene is still: "We're going to a pizza party."

"Fuck you Milton Bradley."

Those "micro-mechanics" add up to your game, though. The game is a collection fo those mechanics, and far too many of those mechanics, frankly, suck in GTA games. Worse, they suck now in the exact way that they sucked 10-12 years ago. Shooting is still terrible, and for all the same reasons. Third-person shooting

The aiming system sucks and people need to just accept that.
