You kind of just described costuming not cosplaying. Theres another aspect to cosplay which is in the name....play. You dont just dress like the characters you bring them to life with how you pose and act and speak in the costume.

thats pretty decent except the poverty line in the US only considers price of food in a minimum diet from over 50 years ago. That needs to be updated. I also dont agree with cutting it off at 2 kids because that just hurts kids. People ARE going to have more than just 2 kids and the kids shouldnt be punished for it.
