I haven’t tried this yet, but here are my initial thoughts.

It’s pretty easy to light a gas cooktop with a match, even if the electric ignition is out. The bigger concern is the lack of the electric exhaust fan. Weather-permitting, one could open a window instead.

Trader Joe’s sells frozen macarons for a very reasonable price. They come in either chocolate & vanilla together in one box or a rainbow assortment.

If I wanted to make this with whole wheat flour, what kind of adjustments to I need to make? Any at all?

I made the Cream of Mushroom dip. After all the soaking, straining, chopping, sauteeing, reducing, and mixing, I was devastated to end up with a dip that tasted exactly like ranch dressing with a hint of mushroom.

Wow, this is a new low for apple.  Just when you think they can't get any more moronic...

I have waffled brownie batter and the lesson learned was that I had to turn off the waffle maker and let the brownie-waffle sit in the open waffle machine for a few minutes to cool and firm up, before attempting to remove it.

What I can’t believe that no one has mentioned is how difficult it is to pack hard-sided luggage. You have to fit stuff into the lid and it has to be zipped shut and held into the lid by a flimsy fabric piece or the straps, then you have to flip that lid up and onto the bottom half to shut it. My range hood filters just get popped in the dishwasher - easy peasy! The manufacturer says it's ok and it works great so far.

I am located in a fair sized city but not a major hub. There are many products that are just not available here or not easily found. With prime, just about any product that exists will be at my door in 2 days, with just a few clicks. That is what makes it worthwhile for me.

I think I could fill an entire article on uses for empty gift cards (or expired credit cards, old loyalty cards, hotel key cards, etc). Those little rectangles of plastic have so many great hacky uses. They make awesome scrapers for cleaning and squeegeeing countertops or any other flat surface.

No, Gizmo, you have it wrong, it’s “poor interoceptive awareness.” This will lead to accommodation at preschool for children who are differently interoceptively abled and to workshops to increase interoceptive intelligence, of course. You might be able to get a side hustle going as an interoceptivity coach! Be the

Roughly what quantity of bulbs come in a crate? Any range of what to expect for pricing?

I have chocolate chip pancake mix. Think that will work ok?

@Need Data, the FDA is only (considering) pulling its prior approval of the product because it is an FDA-approved Over The Counter (OTC) drug.

This is the hack that I need! It’s a way to satisfy both the risotto lovers and haters without having cook two separate dishes. Dry rice for some, saucy rice for others, all from leftovers (plus some bechamel)!

This kind of feels like a stub of an article and is missing obvious useful things like examples of phrases that could be considered emotionally charged as well as less charged ways to express same ideas.
