That’s alright, I’m sure complaining about it will help your situation.

Yeah, he plays video games professionally. Which means he has a TON of people watching him while he does his best to help lead his team to victory. Thinking that this situation couldn’t cause stress or anxiety just because what he’s doing is “playing video games” is ridiculous.

The more people are open about mental illness, the better. The stigma needs to go away.

Seems like he’s suffering from culture shock. When I did international internships I had to attend several presentations on how to deal with it before leaving. It’s not the most fun thing to go through, especially with the added pressure of being on a pro sports team :(

And we all have your back to, buddy. Get well.

To be fair it is Kotaku/compete cross posted to Deadspin. Also, no one made you click it.

I know it’s not 3d but Legend of Mana’s Mana Tree and Trent the talking tree best trees growing up.

The “filed to” category slayed me

Now playing

This is close to where I live and is obnoxiously typical weather for parts of the year. Set the playback speed on the Witcher 3 video to .75 and then watch both of them.

The first video game tree that ever impressed me was the one in Vagrant Story. I had never seen this much leaves on a 3d tree in a game before especially in a PS1 game. We were still used to flat tree texture that rotate with you back then.

Now I’m more disappointed than ever that Half-Life Tree is yet to be announced.

Instead it’s about the best video game trees, which is sort of what the title says, no?

Back in the days, early 2000's, trees were generally horrible in games: flat bitmaps with flat leaves shapes like a cross... and it used to be that when I tried a new game, that’s one of the first things I would pay attention to. Not that it mattered particularly, but I was curious if that particular studio had made

Soft white woods like Birch and Aspen can bend a lot, particularly if they grew sideways due to consistent strong winds (like new ocean bluffs) in the region they were grown in.

That’s exactly why I like them.

Where I live the wind is so bad, and frequent, most trees have a permanent, east facing, bend in them as they grow. When the wind does get going, it really doesn’t look far off from the Witcher 3, like wind storms can up root trees you know that right? lol

you guys are probably right.

It could just be that your dad wanted to take his mind off of your mom for a bit. Take a break from worrying and all that.
