Except the Twitter account is not actually their official support platform. It’s a way to make announcement, and just happened to be moderated. Most companies don’t actually reply back to the replies on their tweets. You want to get proper support from Blizzard, go open up a ticket through their website.

The expansions aren’t $60.

Oh I do so love dealing with those fucking dipshits... When the original Titanfall was in beta, I made a comment about how much fun it was, and was immediately accosted for being part of an EA marketing campaign... (Seriously, it’s an FPS where you ninja-parkour around with a jetpack, and blow shit up in giant

I guess if your impression is that it’s the only avenue of customer support, you might have a valid point. But it isn’t, so you don’t. You earn double stupidity points because the whole point of her reply was, “False dichotomies are for stupid people.”

Oh good grief. Obviously the product is a good product and has been for a very, very, very long time. So, your comment doesn’t apply here. No online service company has put more time and effort into a game and the experience that end users have with it than Blizzard with WoW. Nothing even comes close. And this is

There is a difference between a legit complain and being a disrespectful jerk to a community manager that is not to blame for your problems.

I think you need to understand the difference between a legit complain and being a disrespectful jerk. I rose multiple complains to blizzard during the first years of WoW and always knew that questioning people competence not only doesn’t get things fixed, but you also puke shit over a community manager that is not to

My wife and I have an abiding belief that every person on the planet should be made to work at least one year in the service industry, be that retail, food service, customer support, or what have you.

The idea behind this belief is that while having walked a mile in the company shirt won’t stop everyone from shitting

Except they’re not using Twitter for customer support...they’re using Twitter to make important CS-related announcements like the tweet above...

So every company?

That’s one of the big jokes in the game though. You know you're a wolf but everybody keeps calling you a dog the whole game.

Doggo Ddess.

He’s currently being sued for defamation by Sandy Hook parents in Austin.  It isn’t about any particular party silencing him, rather, it’s about avoiding liability by providing him a platform when your terms of service specifically prohibit what he’s doing.  And, to be honest, I think most on the “left” would rather

FWIW I don’t like Alex or his program. But banning him was just about the worst thing that could have been done for the left. Think about 2.5 million angry youtube subscribers and how many of them will subscribe to new users who voice their sympathies over Alex. The net boost in right wing subscription numbers is

Nah. To be honest, the left will be just fine. At least a jackass who was encouraging conflict and spreading lies -- sometimes literally selling snake oil -- is losing his voice and his inane money spigot.

The point wasn’t to hurt a political party, the point was that Alex Jones was breaking the law and becoming a massive liability for the platforms.

There’s no “the left”, only public corporations enforcing their policies (finally).

The way you are stalking my posts, I think you should reflect on who’s sucking who off. Stay angry and keep clicking on articles about games you aren’t interested in you fucking no life having clown.

No, keep moving.

Hey that’s great. Thanks for letting us know.
