The information layout is great. The responsiveness is acceptable.

I would usually go watch streams of female gamers, but it’s mostly because there’s a different set of things chat would talk about (kinda like the differences with the topics you get when you’re hanging out with your guy friends versus girl friends.) I’ll admit getting baited by cleavage/glasses on the thumbnails, but

This year’s was surprisingly good. For the past few years, segments got fairly predictable (especially skits). But they finally managed to subvert a good number of gags, with the team pretty much breaking down and getting stuck in a laughing feedback loop. There were at least three segments where I couldn’t stop

They finished subbing this year’s batsu just this week. And coincidentally, there’s a Mario Maker segment. It’s evil/hillarious for so many reasons.

This is a really nice topic. I guess this also lines up with Kotaku’s new review system, where instead of writing a yes/no/score, you get a breakdown of who might enjoy/hate the game based on their tastes, and what things might pull you away from the experience.

Personally I don’t feel like the Marcus ads were that good. Maybe because I’m in my twenties when they came out, but he felt too... predictable?

Do you get to choose which set to buy, or do they come packed in blind bags/engrams?

welp. guess Dakimakuras gotta level up sometime.

If only my parents had the same self-control...

I still believe marketing has permanently ruined its image for a lot of users.

That’s like my setup for RPGs. First is my regular save file. Second save file at the beginning of the chapter in case I progressed too fast and missed out on side-content. Then third save if I’m stuck in a risky spot.

yep. 8 hrs on standby, wifi on, still got the same amount of charge.

Been playing Necrodancer for a good while on my Vita and so far it’s still got some juice.

it’s up on PSN right now, no cross-buy though. 40CAD for the Vita version, 60CAD for the PS4 version.

Vita1000, confirming the problem.

wouldn’t it make more sense if they were cosplaying mecha from Eureka Seven?

Aaaaand now I want more sequels to P4DAN, but includes stuff outside of the Persona franchise.

He is for sure. And in a world where heroes are criticized and feared, he’s one of the few who’s seen as a true hero among the civilians.

So true. That irony I think is the secondary punchline (sorry, pun really not intended) next to Saitama being so strong. In a lot of ways he’s a lot more grounded, a lot more human than Superman, who also has to deal with similar threats in his universe.
