Only one I know of is Go-Q-Choji Ikkiman (Battle Ball)... It’s not real-life baseball though...

I never saaid it was. And if you hadn’t noticed, I did not mention A Realm Reborn.

the past 9 years? FFXIII’s sequels and FFXIV.

So far all mobile/portable titles for the KH games were canon. So why would this be different?

Well, it’s pretty hard typing in the character for chi in google search. Plus using ‘key’ in that context has been a play on words in the series. Soooo yeah.

somehow this makes me think human-sized Front Mission Evolved...

It’s the Shaft Head Tilt. It’s their signature pose, they’ve been doing it even before Monogatari. =P (together with the trippy pastel jump cuts.)

Yes he is optional.

Wow, those are really good updates. That removes a lot of the tedium with grinding in the game.

That was the word on the tweet that actually got my attention. It’s like nobody dares to use it anymore. ;___;

Somehow that font feels like it’ll convert any type of game cover into a mobage...

There’s a certain football manga/anime called Eyeshield 21. Definitely didn’t draw a jock crowd.

XII had great world-building and a pretty good battle system. Mechanically it’s my favorite FF title to date. The glaringly bad thing about the game was how it was force-feeding “Balthier-fan club” to the player any time the story was supposed to unfold, instead of actually letting you experience the story.

If this were a Castlevania game, I’d say Symphony of the Night is DaS1 while Order of Ecclesia is DaS2. The former game’s stronger world-wise with its cohesive map, while the latter’s stronger action-wise, but did so by chunking the game into levels.

Mechanically I loved the second one more, plus the plot reveals regarding Megaman’s past.

NOOOOO. BE PROUD. BE LOUD.

Plot-wise I agree with you. I think they just went all over the place with FFXIII-2 and FFXIII-3’s direction. Sure, XIII focused way too much on the drama, but the character motivations were pretty believable. The next two games definitely felt like a mash-up of fanfics.

MMLegends also fits the bill, only they need an airship to fly and the evil robots are derpy for the most part.

I love good monospaced fonts.

Lol yeah. The saving grace for me was at least Tidus grew up a bit by the end of FFX.
