I love the idea that it’s a vetting problem, as if these actors with a shot at the Marvel bag are going to put past DV or SA allegations on their resume

Oh I meant wouldn’t the animal disguises immediately set off human suspicion? Like if I saw a cheetah as large as a semitruck, I wouldn’t be like oh well that’s just how they look
Wouldn’t those be terrible disguises though? That cheetah is as big as a semitruck!
What a bizarre journey to the screen. Stuck in development for so long and if the Snyderverse isn’t moving foward, what’s the point?
The bonkers thing is The Gunslinger plays so heavily on archetype that the first movie should’ve been an easy layup.
Bailey believes that The Lion King franchise has “big, epic saga” potential on the level of something like Star Wars, noting “There’s a lot of room to run if we can find the stories.”
What more could people possible want or expect about a show about positivity, growth, and unwavering support?
To your exact point, there have been at least a few occasions this season where we’re watching an episode and think wait, did we accidentally skip an episode??
Also, it’s not like Sebastian Stan was a household name before the role. If I were an actor of his caliber and Marvel came a-knockin’, I’d sign on for nine too! It’s guaranteed work that gives you some potential visibility to do other things down the line. Why wouldn’t Stan sign on for as many as possible?
And there’s the rub: Ursula is the villain, therefore it’s clear to children watching that Ursula is wrong when she sings these lines.
I can’t co-sign the movie but I listen to the vinyl soundtrack once every few months
Sticking to their original ending was kind of a dumb move, but it wasn’t helped by the fact that Cristin Milioti is incredibly charismatic

Maybe it’s a Zoomer thing but for the life of me, barring someone truly, truly repugnant, I just cannot find myself ever caring about who my favorite artists date or spend time with.
Just thinking about how if you had a time machine and went back even 10 years, the idea of a “pro-business, free-market” Republican (lol) fighting with the biggest media conglomerate on the planet would seem so bizarre.
This sucks, man. At least when Zaslov went on a killing spree some of those shows wound up on FAST or you could get the physical media.
This looks... fun?!
I think if anyone doesn’t see Succession as a cautionary tale, they’re probably the same viewers who watched Breaking Bad thinking Walt was the hero.
I don’t know what anyone sees in Skinamarink but I guess to each their own. I love atmospheric horror but there’s only so much you can do with 80 mins of garbled sound and grainy viewfinder cards.
If the live action shows are going to continue the cartoon stories, I’m happy some fans are getting their wishes but I think it’s not for me. I enjoyed most of Clone Wars but it’s been so long that I couldn’t remember why the Darksaber was important and Mando S3 did not give the causal viewer much reason to care imo.
