Exactly this. I use m/kb for anything 1st person, some 3rd person stuff (like the RE remakes), and stuff like XCOM or Diablo. For anything like DMC or Monster Hunter, platformers, roguelikes, emulators, racing games (ESPECIALLY racing games), etc., a controller is an absolute must.

So, something comparable to the ONEXPLAYER, but running SteamOS instead of Windows.

There’s a market...it’s tiny and they’ll lose a bunch of money like they did on the Steam boxes...but there is a market.

I ended up playing through WD2 on PC with a controller, specifically because of the driving. I started on m/kb, but the driving was awful, as driving in multiplatform games almost always is with m/kb controls. It’s infinitely more manageable with a controller.

Watch Dogs was a very bland, very bad game that spawned a brilliant direct follow-up (seriously, WD2 is fucking great), and one less than brilliant but still very fun and interesting sequel.

I’m happy for people who dig it but, whooooooooooooooo boy, is this thing not for me.

We’ll have to see how it plays out, but I think it’s fine. At times things would get just too chaotic, and visibility would drop to damn near nothing. Just from that standpoint alone I think it could be a positive change, but we’ll see.

Yeah, that’s some self-psyche, psychological shit. He runs at exactly the same speed as everywhere else in the game. Four times through the whole game, that thing never even got close to me.

Best part of the game, hands down, even through multiple playthroughs. I’m on my 5th and it’s still creepy as hell. I only with the boss fight for that section was a bit more involved. The fact that you can easily complete it in like a minute is a big, big bummer to me.

I only every played it after it was ported to PS3/PC, so maybe it worked better as a 3ds game. It had its moments, but Ihated the vast majority of it.

I know I’m in the minority, but I absolutely fucking detest Rev1. They could have cut the whole game and I’d have been happy.
