Seems like they could easily make the defense that what they did was “street theater” and 1st Amendment territory. They didn’t file a false police report, which is the crime being brought here. It would be pretty hard to implicate them in this whole thing.

Lots of moments in Eternal Darkness, but anyone who has played it will probably agree with the bathtub. It was a cheap jump scare, but the environment set it up so perfectly.
