I mean for things like how to build a battery array, or types of edible plants that can be used for medicinal purposes, or diagnosing and fixing car troubles on a 2004 Chevy Malibu, or other specific skills that would be handy in a pinch but you’re unlikely to have reason to practice them beforehand. Morse code, ham

Is it working the way it was intended? No? Sounds broken to me.

Bro, I had no idea. Bro...

Well then let me lay it out for you: A) Feminists are against rape and tend to side with victims of rape rather than their rapists. B) Hillary is on record saying we should believe rape and sexual assault victims. C) Hillary is also on record as pointedly NOT believing those who have accused her husband of raping them.

It sounds like you actually are scared of cops.

I seriously doubt that you’re following the logic of this discussion, but it’s a stupid one anyway so let’s drop it.

No, no, no. You’re making my original point for me. YOU seemed to be under the impression that chipping the animal would have left you in legal trouble with the dog you found. I was the one who said that wouldn’t be the case. Now you’re flipping it around and making it seem like I’m trying to convince you that you’d

You could have agreed that it’s broken and left it at that.

Ok, noted. Now does that mean the person who finds the dog would be charged by police? Wouldn’t the chip lead to the person who abandoned the dog and lead to them being charged? I’m not seeing how chipping the dog would have led to the negative consequences Tami stated. At MOST an irresponsible dog-abandoner gets

Mine is a 2012 model. It has the screw-out bottom plate, so it shouldn’t be too tough to get into the components. Thanks for the link!

So the vet scans the chip, finds out it has out-of-date information and... what? Calls the police anyway? Then the cops come by, hear your story and... what? Just arrest you for stealing a dog with out-of-date chip info? I don’t get where your comment in any way defends your original story.

Good call. Seems likely.

Crowd: “How online IS she?”

I think they decided to cut down some episodes. Sounds like 4. Now instead of 14 it’s 10.

Where did it say to replace all chores with auctions? I must have missed that paragraph.

How does this not further that goal? It’s not saying that auctions would be the only chores they do. It’s not saying to replace daily responsibilities with chores. It’s saying to take disagreements and work them out by teaching kids “If you want it, work for it.”

This is GENIUS. My oldest are twins, so with them having basically identical abilities this is a great weeding-out mechanism. They’re a little young for it right now, but I will definitely be coming back to this in the future.

So you wouldn’t meet someone to return their lost pet even in the parking lot of the people you would call if the person you were meeting stabbed you? Yeah, I get people fear cops, but this is a bit over the top.

Do you think the vet would have called the cops if you’d told him that story? Also, when they contacted the owner couldn’t they have just said “No, I don’t want the dog. Let them have it?” Also, who would be invested enough to pay to have their dog microchipped and then abandon it in a dog park? I see some holes in
