It might be easier to name the people we DON'T want as GPS voices. For Example, the cast of Jersey Shore, Gilbert Godfrey, Fran Descer, etc.

Is it just me or does this really tie in with the YA article from a few days ago?

I watch a lot of BBC shows but it's still the first 5 minutes for my brain to get use to it so I end up rewatching some parts but on a whole, I think it's a bit silly.
