I think if you use the word “cocky” refering to Fords sedans, you should also shove a FiST/FoST in there too.

Wait, air-to-air intercooler over liquid-to-air ? This guy is full of a lot of hot air. I’m glad he got the taillight wiring figured out. Whew.
Who in hell races around in first gear at 35mph?
No shit.
I see that OP said manual transmission. My expectation and experience in R/C would suggest 2-speed centrifugal clutch. Shift points can be adjusted to particular RPMs with springs and clutch weight. Probably closer to automatic than a manual. I had a 2speed nitro road car that was incredibly fast a couple decades ago…
Brit humor hit or miss
Really though, who didn’t see this coming for Fiat? The FCA lineup is shit for emissions and they don’t even try to hide it.
They mean within the first 2 laps of the race right?
pew pew pew
Couldn’t it just be... mailed to Moab?
Even the automatics were fun in corners... couldn’t control shift points but the speed capable of being carried and the feedback was inspiring.
A manual was capable of 40mpg in 1998. But also being flickable and fun.
Mine went from 1gen SOHC to 2gen DOHC 2.ol. Of the other 3 Neons in the family, one received a 750hp built 2.o turbo (trapping 10.5 @ 150mph) while another received a Sebring 2.4 but was rebuilt with SRT internals. The last one in the family was a honest and real SRT-4.
The 1gen Neon is the only Neon. It will also NEVER happen again, so booo.
The corvette doesn’t wear pants. It wears denim shorts.
Anywhere you take a fully assembled car to make a limited bespoke version, production is going to be slower than mass assembly line manufacturing. This is an apples to oranges comparison. Its cool that STI homosapian the fuck how its spelled, to get it on US shores, but that’s about as useful as this article got.
And like Papa Roach, a Corolla is usually one’s Last Resort (for transportation).
My half million mile Volvo disagrees with this statement. Granted, Volvo is the exception during this time period and pretty much the all time mileage benchmark.
I like how we refer to the Morgan as having a Supra engine but completely ignore the fact that the Supra has a BMW engine.
If its an apocalypse, you’re not going to escape it. Epidemic, maybe.
