Agreed. If only it werent an issue by having elected officials that did their jobs but i can't recall any of them doinng so in the lasttwoo decades.
Theres a potential issue withh that that may be preventing further strict regulation without legislation. A recent federal court decision in ann unrelated case has some far reaching but not publicly known consequences. In the decision the judge decided that a regulatory body does not have the authority to redefine a…
Depends on the department. Mine did a more thorough background check on me than the airforce did on my brother while he worked on f22 raptors, on the other hand I went through the police academy with oficers from other agencies and one of them pulled a gun on us all when he decided to get drunk at lunch so. . . I’d gue…
I had a really close friend that adored his until he died in it because a shitty mechanic rebuilt the front end incorrectly so it came apart on a road along a bluff. It was even red, damn I miss that guy.
Not far off. A city planning guy i knew in AZ told me that he wasn’t allowed to request a traffic light be put in until enough people died at that intersection so there was an intersection with three lanes in all four directions and two center turn lanes but was still a four way stop. Absolutely moronic.
Had more than a couple. The earliest one was when i was 17 and crossing into canada through Blaine WA. I was with my uncle and we were going up to pick up an antique dollhouse he wasnted me to restore for his daughter so i was in a big pink truck with all kinds of straps and whatnot but not much else. The canadian…
I wish. I’d love to see a new cosworth-ford dfv type partnership, I just don’t see them taking the chance with the astronomical cost of all things F1 now(yes even with the budget cap).
Agreed, unfortunately the way things are in the twin cities right now it’s unlikely that the hit and run will be a priority as it’s a lower level offense than repeat shoplifting according to the state of Minnesota. Just plain stupid and incredibly frustrating to see all of this, driving stupid hurts an innocent guy,…
Might I suggest a rwd conversion and an L20b. Just go whole hog on an oddball swap. You could even find a SSS head and sidedraft webers just for fun.
A good supercharger would let you have both worlds because of linear power delivery. Just a thought.
228 hp is nothing to sneeze at. My old 460 big block truck only makes around that and it foes just fine. That just tells me that, like an early lotus esprit, it's more of a momentm car than a brute force thing. Smoothness makes speed for some while sledgehammers make speed for others and this seems to be the former.…
Just don't take an obs ford truck with hoop style mirrors through it, ive lost two in two different "touchless" washes. Aparently neither one could see the narrow aluminum hoop holding up the chrome box and smacked it with the arm. But yess the squid mop washers are nasty buggers. My wife recently had the roof rails…
That was actually a semi-factory car like the ASC McLaren mustangs if I remember correctly.
That looks aweful. . . Damn it, now i have to find one.
I only have one complaint. The black vents on the sides should be actual NACA ducts like the original nt because they're better bt because they're cooler and more in your face than simple angles. Aside from that, I like it a lot. I'll never afford one but it's neat.
Not really a problem with most man-bun wearers but I agree if you either are or are frequently associated with veterans or military bases in the US K.I.A is a valid reading of that nameplate.
Mine was the buick version, I hated it at first but grew to love it eventually.
I was supposed to get a 1985 mustang gt t top 5 speed in black. The deal was all arranged and i was extremely excetited. Unfortunately the car owners had to delay the project (I was doing trade carpentry for it) by anout a year so as a “fair trade” my dad gave me the other car we were doing trade work for at the time.…
My wife pointed one out and asked me “Is that a Nine Inch Nails logo on that minivan?" You're spot on.
